Birth Control
Birth Control Pill was offically invented in 1960 by Margaret Sanger, who came up with the idea of planned parenthood, Gregory Pincus, who was a medical researcher, and Katharine McCormick, who was the sponsor for the research of the pill. Birth Control changed many womens lives because they could now choose if they wanted a child or not, which was known as the concept of planned parenthood. In the 1920's, buying a single condom was a crime in 30 different states so women were out of luck. In the 1920s, around 15,000 women would die from abortions. Margaret Sanger devoted her whole entire life to making birth control available for all women. Margaret came up with an idea that answered many women's prayers.
